Our Call-to-Action

JOIN US! Supporting SkillsUSA means helping the next generation become world-class workers, leaders and responsible American citizens. SkillsUSA teaches students technical and leadership skills, and it’s made up of more than 17,000 classrooms in more than 3,700 public schools nationwide. But beneath those big numbers are individual SkillsUSA students who need your time and expertise to reach their full potential, both as future workers and involved members of their communities. There are so many ways you or your business can help, from the local to the national level: provide tools for a classroom, design and judge technical competitions, offer job shadowing opportunities, advocate for career and technical education with your local officials, and so much more. To find a SkillsUSA program in your area and to discover more ways to help prepare “Champions at Work,” visit pbs.skillsusa.org.
